Dance Core Package
Dance Core is a package class for dance conditioning offered for currently enrolled dance students. These classes are recommended to build the strength and flexibility needed for advancing technique. The weekly classes included are pilates, conditioning, and progressions. Additional special classes are offered throughout the year as well for stretching, nutrition and injury prevention. Dance Core is $46/month and students can come to as many classes as they are able.
Yoga improves health and mental acuity of individuals interested in improving their level of fitness. We have yoga that blends balance, strength, flexibility and power in a group class format. Classes are $25/month for one class per week and $35/month for two classes per week.
